The Estate is now fully secured with a security company manning the entrance 24/7. The only persons who are permitted access are owners and residents who can identify themselves with access discs issued by the Atlantic Waves Homeowners Association.

Interested purchasers can only view the development in the presence of one of the appointed sales agents whose contact details are provided in the Sales page of this website. Eight dwellings have been completed to date and plans have been approved for others to be built.
